THE GOAL

I have always seen the world very geometrically. Throughout history people across the world have used sacred geometry to express the beauty in all things and to show that there is a uniformity in the universe from the microscopic to the macroscopic.

Ancient cultures understood the significance of these basic shapes and that there might be a reason for all the chaos we experience in life. 

With my art I want to inspire others to look at the world in the way our ancestors have for millennia. To understand that, from the cells in our bodies all the way to the stars in the universe, that we are all made up of the same stuff.

Everything you see here is created and carved by hand here on the Big Island of Hawai'i. With each piece you are seeing the world through my eyes. Enjoy -Niko Regis

The Shades Of Shippo

Inspired by Traditional Japanese Ceramic and Kimono designs, Shippo means “seven treasures”- a reference to the seven treasures of Buddhism- and the circular shape represents unending harmony.
